Players losing to much karma, please read on (GMOD TTT HELP ME)

Players are losing around 200 Karma for killing a innocent, these are the values i have in my server.cfg "ttt_karma_kill_penalty" "45" "ttt_karma_ratio" "0.0018" "ttt_karma_max" "1200" "ttt_detective_karma_min" "999"

UPDATE: i killed a innocent and it took me from 1200 karma to 432 karma
