Cannot upload an addon - Compressing error

Dear fellas,

I am trying to upload a gma using the appropriate tool, yet keep getting this error:

what could cause it?

You have probbably too large file, Workshop support only max 100MB files,
Try split your folder(with addon) to 2 parts, then make .gmas, and try upload.

I've only heard about 512 mb limit...

Oh well, I'll try to chop the mod some more and see how it goes.
