How would I come across doing this? I need to set up a Loading Screen for my server but I don't know the way to do it.
I need it so that when I make my Loading Screen, it re sizes to the players resolution and has their Username, Steam Picture, what they are downloading and when they are sending client info etc. How would I come across doing this and do I just need a domain to put all my files onto or not? I need help bad.

I know that part, but what do I need to set everything up? I got told I need a shared host and a domain thing which costs like £10 a month which I can't afford.
just set you a free webhost with any thats got ftp and set it up that way
