Hello Facepunch community!
I need some help installing the content to play on a server. I have all the files and everything, but I can't figure out where to put them. My Garrysmod folder isn't in the common folder of steamapps, and my steam account doesn't have its own folder in steamapps.
I'm a bit confused.
Note: I'm obviously new to steam as well so x.x
Any help is appreciated :D
What folders do you have listed in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\' ?

Do you have another harddrive?
No, I only have one HDD
Then it's probably synonymous with your brother's account
I don't think it's synonymous to his because I don't have any of his addons or maps. I had to reinstall both of those. (It was automatically downloaded via the server)
Go onto Steam and right click Garry's mod and go on properties, on one of the tabs it says "Browse local files", click that and you will find out where it's installed
