Spawnlist horribly broken/misisng, but only on one server and only for me

That right there is what I get upon pressing my "Q" key after joining a certain server. It's happened nowhere else, and nobody else on the server seems to have the problem. I've removed and tried to redownload the server's addons, verify the cache files, and scout for the problem files manually, but nothing has so far worked. Any clue what's going on here?
