Gmod crashes when i spawn any SNPC, or snpc attack me, and when entity do something.
Tried verify integrity files, redownload binaries, deleting all addons, unmount all games exept hl2
The problem was in sound and voice streaming (playing mp3 files (ogg maybye?)) ,
Garrysmod used binaries from source sdk base 2007.
The fix of mine, i was go to [I]steam/username/source sdk base 2007/bin/[/I] and deleted these files [I]mssvoice.asi[/I] and [I]vaudio_miles.dll[/I]. If not work maybye delete [I]mss32.dll[/I] and [I]ssmp3.asi[/I].
Also my problem is fixed (hopefully), and finally i can play GMOD.
Verify gmod integrity files again after verifying all your other source games files.
Luckily i have only 2 mdmp files that shown up, in other crashes they dont create.

Tried reinstall gmod, unmount games,
Tried only 1 mod Mine SNPC's (when i spawn my SNPC it crashes down)
Stargate CAP (spawn gate ok, but when i dial it crashes down)
Silverlans SNPC's (crash on spawn)
GMOD witout addons works great
Also simple entities works great
This is really bad for me becouse i cant do my stuff.
But everything was fine, only few weeks(days) ago it started crashing for no reason.

So that error is in "somwhere" file, besouse it didn't show up name of .dll or .exe file
Do you have the latest graphics drivers? And try starting the game with -dxlevel 80 and see if the problem still occurs
Latest drivers, Tried dx 80, no change.
I dont think so yet, but i think its in mp3 steaming
I removed all EmitSound im my scripts and all entity seems to work.
Example: I checked files in CAP, roll sound is in wav format, in gmod plays well, but chevron is in mp3, and when it wanted to play gmod crash.
