Game crash on "sending client info" failed to lock vertx buffer in CMeshDX8 (I have 16gb of ram)

Hello, the last few days i've gotten the error "cmdlcache out of memory" and "failed to lock vertex buffer in CMeshDX8::LockVertexBuffer: nVertexCount=737, nFirstVertex=0".
nVertexCount is random everytime
CPU: FX 8320 3.5ghz
GPU: GTX 980 4gb
RAM: 16gb
I don't know why but it just started a couple of days ago, first it was fine but then bam, i got the errors.
I have done these things:
Reinstalled gmod(2 times),
Cleared Registry after uninstall,
Unsubscribed all addons and deleted all addons, i still get the error,
deleted the cache folder,
tried to set the heapsize to 4194304,
tried to set dxlevel to 7, 8 and 9.
I'm not sure what i can do anymore, except for reinstalling my computer, but i won't do that because it should not be required, and i did it about 3 weeks ago.
My RAM is not failure.
My RAM only goes to 5.7gb when it is sending client info, so there's about 10gb left.
I tried to close all programs running, but i still get the errors.
I tried windowed mode, and fullscreen. I still get the errors.
I have enough space on my computer.
I'm out of ideas what to do, hope some of you knows how i can fix this :-)
Those are not RAM related, but Video RAM related.
By default, your DX level should be 95. anything below 9 ( 90 ) is not supported.
I still can't see the problem, my video ram is fine, 4gb should be plenty.
I don't use -dxlevel i removed it, so i can't see the problem :-P
I still have this issue :-)
Try updating (if they are available) or reinstalling your nvidia driver.
It was because of the map used on the server, it is just weird my friends could join and had no problems, he have a slower pc than mine, so i don't know :-P Anyway, he just changed the map and now it is working. Thanks anyway though
