I want to spawn particles from SCars.... But how?

Guys, I want to spawn the burnout effect from the SCars... But how to do it?
I cannot found it on Advanced Particle System
I cannot spawn it with emitter Stool

When I take a look SCars LUA files, I found that the particle is "particles/smokey"

But.... How to spawn it?
I want to make the movie, but I need some effects :'(
Can you help me? >.<

Do I have to use the Lua to spawn them? :/
