So I was playing on my own TTT server, and suddely this came up:

I have no idea how this happend as the sv_allowcslua was set to 0...

Probably a bypass that turned your sv_allowcslua to 1. You might want to invest into coding and anticheat that prevents these bypasses. What admin plugin are you using?

I have seen that ip before.... In another "hacker on my server" thread.... looks like they are on a rampage :3

Guess I'm not the only one getting hacked like fucking crazy.
We need a fix for this.
This isn't about private anti cheats, it's about someone being able to obtain rcon access. So it's a possibility on every server, even sandbox ones with sv_allowcslua 1.
There shouldn't be a way to obtain this level of access just by running a lua script or whatever.
Post their Steam ID's.

This issue is getting out of hand fast, I hope Garry puts in a fix soon ( I'm sure he will, I just hope I won't be in my retirement home by then [just kidding garry])
