I have a post, which uses the table function.
As soon as I go from 'Switch Editor to WYSIWYG Mode' to edit the code, it won't function anymore. If I turn it back on, or post it. It will just display as code instead of the actual post.

Ahh. Right. Sorry for making a unnecessary post then. It didn't come to mind they would be disabled, especially considering the buttons and preview function still working.
