Hi all,
So ever since I updated to Windows 10 I've been getting this really strange bug. Basically when I close my Garry's Mod it closes and you can't see it in task manager or the taskbar (which is normal) as the game should've exited.
However, the game is still alive if I type "tasklist" into CMD. This shouldn't be a problem but it shows on Steam that I am playing Garry's Mod and also doesn't let me start it up again since the "app is already running"
Here is what it looks like when I kill the processes, notice also how I am not able to terminate some:

If anyone knows this issue and knows a fix please could you tell me :)

Gmod never closes properly. To exit without the process still running, u have to force close it through the task manager

Oh I see. I get this problem too sometimes after trying to force close. Isn't much u can do about it but wait a few seconds until it closes on its own after. If not, probably gotta restart ur PC.
Are you already tried to run that command prompt as Administrator? :/
Run as administrator : Win + X, and select command prompt (administrator)
