Multiple clients crashes during gameplay

Hello people on the internet,

I have an issue on my server where 5-15 of the clients connected to my server suddenly crashes.
Do any of you have any idea about what it could be?
I can provide what addons we run if needed.

Is your server downloading addons directly from the workshop or do you extract addons before you put them on your server?
