I need help with mounting CSS on a garrysmod server.

I am trying to mount CSS on my gmod server but have been very unsuccessful. I need help mounting CSS because i have tryed watching videos, tryed the wiki links that post in ur chat of your server when you dont have CSS mounted, and have searched up how to mount CSS to your Gmod server. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciated. I am running a SteamCMD server and i am running DarkRP 2.6.2 as the gamemode. If you need anymore info just comment on this post.
