Cannot pick toolgun utility [SCRIPT ERROR] [HELP]

It does the same thing for ANY tool I try and use. Please help me :( (Singleplayer Only Problem)

Have you tried manually deleting your Garry's Mod folder and reinstalling?

Well if you're not gonna try, then no one is gonna help you. If you're gonna do it, then turn off Steam cloud sync.
