Your computer specs are too low to run Garry's Mod stably. Maybe you should have noticed this judging from your previous posts?
Also, 4GB RAM is quite low. There were probably other programs utilizing the low amount of RAM and therefore Garry's Mod could not utilize enough of it for itself.
