Hey i moved house recently and have gone from 150+ frames to 5+ frames on Gmod. I dont know what has caused this and is getting rather annoying, we did change internet from adsl to nbn and are with new ISPs. I have not changed any settings and it only happens when i am on a multiplayer server. i also cannot connect to any csgo community servers. Any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
