• FPS Drop after moving house

Hey i moved house recently and have gone from 150+ frames to 5+ frames on Gmod. I dont know what has caused this and is getting rather annoying, we did change internet from adsl to nbn and are with new ISPs. I have not changed any settings and it only happens when i am on a multiplayer server. i also cannot connect to any csgo community servers. Any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated. thanks System information below: Processor Information: Vendor: GenuineIntel CPU Family: 0x6 CPU Model: 0x3c CPU Stepping: 0x3 CPU Type: 0x0 Speed: 3500 Mhz 4 logical processors 4 physical processors HyperThreading: Unsupported FCMOV: Supported SSE2: Supported SSE3: Supported SSSE3: Supported SSE4a: Unsupported SSE41: Supported SSE42: Supported Network Information: Network Speed: Operating System Version: Windows 10 (64 bit) NTFS: Supported Crypto Provider Codes: Supported 311 0x0 0x0 0x0 Video Card: Driver: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series DirectX Driver Name: aticfx32.dll Driver Version: 15.201.1151.1008 DirectX Driver Version: 8.17.10.1404 Driver Date: 4 Nov 2015 OpenGL Version: 4.5 Desktop Color Depth: 32 bits per pixel Monitor Refresh Rate: 60 Hz DirectX Card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series VendorID: 0x1002 DeviceID: 0x6798 Number of Monitors: 2 Number of Logical Video Cards: 2 No SLI or Crossfire Detected Primary Display Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Desktop Resolution: 3840 x 1080 Primary Display Size: 20.91" x 11.73" (23.94" diag) 53.1cm x 29.8cm (60.8cm diag) Primary Bus Type Not Detected Primary VRAM: -1024 MB Supported MSAA Modes: 2x 4x 8x Sound card: Audio device: Headset Earphone (2- ASTRO Wire Memory: RAM: 8119 Mb Miscellaneous: UI Language: English Microphone: Not set Media Type: Undetermined Total Hard Disk Space Available: 2401138 Mb Largest Free Hard Disk Block: 1891507 Mb OS Install Date: Jan 01 1970 Game Controller: None detected Installed software: Adobe Flash Player 20 NPAPI AMD Catalyst Control Center AMD Fuel Catalyst Control Center - Branding Catalyst Control Center InstallProxy Catalyst Control Center Localization All CCC Help Chinese Standard CCC Help Chinese Traditional CCC Help Czech CCC Help Danish CCC Help Dutch CCC Help English CCC Help Finnish CCC Help French CCC Help German CCC Help Greek CCC Help Hungarian CCC Help Italian CCC Help Japanese CCC Help Korean CCC Help Norwegian CCC Help Polish CCC Help Portuguese CCC Help Russian CCC Help Spanish CCC Help Swedish CCC Help Thai CCC Help Turkish ccc-utility64 Google Chrome Google Update Helper Java 8 Update 66 Java Auto Updater Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 2.2.0.1024 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - 11.0.50727 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Additional Runtime - 11.0.50727 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Minimum Runtime - 11.0.50727 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Additional Runtime - 11.0.50727 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Minimum Runtime - 11.0.50727 Mozilla Firefox 43.0.1 (x86 en-US) Mozilla Maintenance Service Razer Synapse Realtek High Definition Audio Driver Skype™ 7.16 Skype Click to Call Tunngle
