How can I add a custom UI to my server?
Which files would I need to add to fastdl and what do their paths need to be

No, but I know where to find the nessesery textures to edit. How would I add it to the server?
Do you have any basic knowledge of lua? If you cannot find any releases online, you may need to make your own
I only know python, not lua, but I can work out what things do. But I assumed I could just FastDl. Do I need to edit the core gamemode?
yes. cl_hud inside of core
Yep found it, so I can just edit the colours and FastDL the materials and change it in the lua e.g change materials/jailbreak_excl/hud_health.png to materials/thenameofmyserver/hud_health.png
"thenameofmyserver" isnt needed, but simple answer is yes that is how you would do it
