How do you set up Fast DL with google sites?

I tried looking for videos on it and It didn't work.

I've never used Google Sites but I don't think that work.
Why not just get a shared hosting plan for a few bucks? Most hosts include a domain name for you so you can setup a website aswell as FastDL.

There is one host that is actually very active here on facepunch.
