When I open Garry's Mod from Steam, it launches hl2_osx, and doesn't do anything at all. When I just open hl2_osx, [URL="https://i.imgur.com/d4xZjDp.png"]I get this[/URL]. Sorry I couldn't give you something like a crash log, because those don't pop up, or appear anywhere.

Don't run from the command line like this, it just doesn't work without setting stuff like library paths. The easiest way to see command line output is to launch Steam through the command line and launch GMod through that.

Open Terminal and type:

cd /Applications/Steam.app/Contents/MacOS
./steam.sh

You will see some output related to Steam so just ignore anything printed before you launch GMod.
