This bug appears when you save a game with "effect" used on the map (these flying things with green circle in center that you can move around). When you load the save, "effect" is stands still on it's place, but when you move "effect" from it's place, it leaving a duplicate that can be removed only through Utitles >>> Admin Settings >>> Clean Up >>> Clean up everything. Is there is a way to fix that WITHOUT "Clean Up Everything"?

It must be one of your addons if I recall correctly.
Sorry, but no. I checked all addons and tried to disable them. Glitch still works.

It WAS a problem with the game under very specific conditions, but it was fixed since then a couple updates ago, so it either is a bug with one of your mods, or you are using pirated/outdated version of the game.
