Server Setup, can't get counterstrike, and garrysmod seems to be outdated??

Ok so I am using the hlds tool to update and get the garrysmod & Counter server files... my script

cd E:\DARKRP

hldsupdatetool -command update -game garrysmod -dir .

=================
For Counter Strike stuff.

cd E:\DARKRP

hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir ...

-- This DOESNT WORK, using "Counter-Strike Source" doesnt work, and when I jsut try to run the base game of sandbox GMOD off the files I JUST downloaded its outdated...

I have done gmod servers before but this has left me befuddled, any help would be appreciated guys!

Problems:

So I got the DARKRP files, and i just need the counter and gmod files, as well ADDONs for DarkRP (suggestions) would be nice.. Peace people

Use SteamCMD, everything on SteamPipe uses it now. HLDSUpdateTool is outdated.
