How to fix so people can't use the SAY command on the console when dead to talk to everyone in trouble in terrorist town?

No, im asking about TTT, when you use the say command on console you can talk to alive people while you are dead, i don't want that to happen.

No you can't, you must have modified the chat in some way that allows people to do that.

Isnt there a plugin or something that does that? most servers have it and i cannot find it anywhere on the internet
