how to set sv_setsteamaccount?

Yeah i did what i was told
sv_setsteamaccount STEAMTOKENID at my start parameter but it still says

-NO ACCOUNT TOKEN SPECIFIED logging into anonymous game server account >use sv_setsteamaccount to login< Help

If you use workshop, that message will show up regardless of whether you have it set or not.
