Booting up results in "!SteamRemoteStorage" error which prevents further launch of the game.

[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/MV0BtSO.png[/IMG] According to my friend, who happens to be having this issue, When she starts up Garry's Mod it causes this error window to popup, causing the loading process at the start of the game to halt, until this window has been accepted, and doing so ultimately crashes the game. She has since reinstalled Garry's mod a number of five times since getting this error, to no avail. I don't quite have her system specs, but she happens to be running Windows 7. We'd love to recieve any help you can give us! Thanks in advance!
