Googled the error and an old facepunch thread comes up with a bunch of people reading it currently.

You can't "stop" DDoS, I don't think you know what it means.
Once again, read up on networks before mentioning DDoS again.

There are ways to prevent some of it. But on your GMod server, the only people that can help you dealing with it is your GSP.
There's always services you could buy through a host or tunneling, but there's no "free" effective way to stop DDos.
