GMOD TTT Custom Playermodel Without Pointshop

Hi i want to add playermodels to TTT
But it shows only errors

Here is the path where i put the model files in

Btw it is a Linux Server

The server got the addon via workshop
and i have the addon installed local i can see the model in sandbox mode

Any ideas how to fix it. i dont want the Pointshop

You must send the models to your clients as well.

resouce.AddFile or resource.AddWorkshop for workshop addons

ok i added the workshop addon but still error
