In Short my server is crashing at really random times.
I managed to get the crash logs, and used this website. (No idea to it's credibility)

This was what i got.
all i get by it is that Thread 0 crashed, can someone explain where the issues at?

Post your server logs, not your crashdumps
I would if there was anything to give you, all i'm getting is 'srcs has crashed, restarting' so then it restarts and i get no logs.
Thats why i was hoping the dump files would provide some information.
This is the only error i've got.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/0c/0cfa050b.dat' doesn't exist from the server logs.
