I can't see my hands on a TTT server

Hello,
I recently installed a new Garry's Mod TTT server. CS:S is mounted because weapons doesn't reload by themselves, doesn't floating and props works perfectly. But I've still one problem : I can't see my hands.

If you have any ideas, let me know, I heard it could be client-side, but I'm not the only one who can't see hands, since it worked perfectly on my last server. I reinstalled it to get rid of crash physics.

Is this a brand new server with no modifications to it?

I installed a new one but with some modifications/addons :
workshop
donor status
mysqloo
death log

But all those things worked on my last server, that's why I don't understand what happens.

Does it work with no addons?

As I said it worked perfectly on my last server and it had same addons thought. But I will try without them.
