Some hours ago i join a sandbox server, so i kill he admin and he ban me
but he teleport me in a box and he say u are banned of all gmod servers, when i join singleplayer i automatic join these server and when i join other server too
one friend say me is a hack and he controler me ip
is that true?
Delete your GMod folder and re-open gmod, should fix.

when i join other server or singlepayer i can move but when i press Q or click im automatic connenct to the server when im trolled ;(
Reset your keybinds to default.
Launch Garry's Mod, click Options, then click Use Defaults.
