Ever since I got a second monitor (main is 1920x1080, second is 1336x768), GMod keeps reverting to 640x480 whenever it loads something e.g. server map change and starting a game. Changing to windowed mode makes the game boot up in 640x480 thinking that's the native resolution (meaning I can't change it without enabling and disabling fullscreen). Even in windowed mode the game changes my monitor's resolution to 640x480, which I don't understand at all.
What I'm guessing is the game thinks my native res. is 640x480 and is causing this behaviour. I'm not too sure.
Putting [I]-w 1920 -h 1080[/I] and [I]-windowed[/I] in the launch properties has no effect on the game even after restarting Steam.
Did you put in -dxlevel 80 or something. Cause that is what happens when you do that.

No, I've only inserted dimensions and windowed mode in the launch options.
Windows 10 set the program to automatically run in 640x480 in the program's properties under Compatibility, un-checking that and inserting my resolution in the launch options fixed it entirely.
