My friend runs a deathrun server, and for a while now nobody can see the spray of another player (unless they've seen it before according to staff). sv_allowupload is set to 1 so idk what else it could be.
I fixed it. Apparently there were a bunch of empty directories in the materials folder on the server. One was called "Decals" which i think was messing up the spray process or something, so i just deleted all of them.
