Hey, Im running a server and recently I was messing around with a script that adds permanent props in the maps. Everything seemed to work fine until at a specific map my pointshop stopped working completely and all people playing lost their items (which to me indicates that the data where all their items were saved got deleted).
Anyone got any idea why this would be happening? I doubt it would be a conflict beetween addons since it worked on some maps but not the others :S? Are there limitations on how much data you can save or something?
Okey seems like nobody has any answers. Let me ask another question then, which is basically the same but... not.
Are there limits to how many items you can add in point shop? Too many items is one explanation I could think of, but its all guessing.
If anyone could at least confirm if there are NO limits to the items (or anything else for that matter), it would help a lot in solving this.
Are you using MySQL? If so are you sure it is able to connect?
I havent set up MySQL yet, I wasnt sure if it was required. But based on your reply I should set it up, it just seemed rather complicated when I first looked into it.
You don't have to, try setting the provider to pdata in the config file.
