Hello, I'm trying to find someone who knows what to do on this part. I'm after a script that will spawn entities and sweps around the map with a rarity rate and a proximity that will cancel loot refresh when a player is in the area. I'm willing to make a payment if the script is good and working.

If this is indeed what you are doing, then it seems to me that developer discussion would be the place to be.
Might go in general discussion.
I would try PM'ing postal and asking him where this should be posted. He could want you to post it here. I am not sure.
