So today I was attempting to bind my "g" key to do a set of commands and after many failed attempts I got it to do them. Now when I spawn I jump, but when I press spacebar it does not jump. I looked in my config and it was binded to space. When I type "+jump" into console it won't jump anymore. I validated my game files and it found 2 files that needed to be replaced and that fixed it, until I pressed spacebar a second time and then it didn't work again. Also sometimes crouch does work either. This only started happening after I tried binding the "g" key. I also tried returning back to defaults, but that hasn't worked. Am I just missing something that is super obvious, or is it a big problem that only a fresh install can fix?
-Also binding jump to a different key does not work either.
- The commands set to "g" bind "g" "say couldn't take the perssure anymore.;+forward;+jump;+duck;+forward;kill"
You are supposed to call the -forward, -duck, etc binds before you can use the +forward, +jump binds again.
