Gmod Lighting Issue? (Not even sure what to call it.)

Yesterday, Gmod Developed Issues with me. It has these weird textures on the TF2 maps, on the lamps. I provided a picture and a link.

When I look at the lights, the pink textures appear. It shouldn't be because I don't have the textures, because I have the TF2 game mounted (and updated) and CSS mounted. If anybody has any ideas, please assist me.

[By the way, I've never encountered this error since I began playing 200 Hours ago]

[Just deleted recently added maps. Next I have to verify TF2 and Gmod. And I unsubscribed from a light effect addon.]

Verify game cache integrity on TF2, CS:S and GMod, and unmount/remove/unsub from most recently installed addons.
