A hacker fucked up my setting in Gmod ....plz help

I was playing on a TDM server, when someone was accused of hacking 5mins later everyones mouse sensitivity, and controls/keybinds got all fucked up. when I walked foward it moved me backward, and when i pressed a key it was binded to say, ban me for 30. I deleted the game, i reset my controls, but every time I join a server everything is fucked up again.
