Server Console Error Not Allowing Me To Start Server, Help Please!

Hello, I just currently re uploaded my addons folder to my server over 35 thousand files and i got this error when re-starting the server after

FIND [/home/content/cstrike//*.vpk]
ADDING [/home/content/cstrike//cstrike_pak_000.vpk]
Adding Path: [/home/content/cstrike/]
Couldn't load shader dll: game_shader_generic_garrysmod_srv.so

this error isnt even letting me start the server, please if you know anything on how to fix this please let me know.[B] PLEASE HELP![/B]

Yeah, that's not why your server isn't starting. It's because you have way too many addons.

Are you sure i didnt add any addons from the old addons folder and new addons folder

If it works without any addons, then it's an addon issue.
