I posted about this before but I noticed that mostly admins and very few players show up as alive. Usually one at a time. I can find no console errors. They just are alive. But they're not.
What gamemode are you using? Just because you don't have a body doesn't mean they're not 'alive'. It depends on how certain things are handled in the gamemode.

It's always an admin. Always. With one exception.
