GMOD Crashing either 5 minutes after joining a server or when sending client info (Mac)

GMOD has ran well on my computer for quite a while, but recently I re installed it to try to fix a problem with one of my addons, and ever since then my game has crashed every time i join my favorite server. I was wondering if anyone knew any solutions to my problem, and attempt to help is appreciated. I have tried re installing Gmod completely, Re installing Steam, and i have verified my game cache many times. I really need this fixed so that i can get back to the server since i am a high ranking staff member

I changed one of my settings and now I can get into the server almost every time, but about 5-10 minutes later I crash and the report always says that thread 0 crashed
