SRCDS server takes long time to add models to file system

I have an srcds garrys mod server. When i click start to run the server it says adding to filesystem and sits at Prep Ok for like 3 minutes. This has never happened before i put models on my server. It also takes 5 minutes to change maps it should only take a few seconds. I tried fastDL it didnt work. What can i do to speed up the server start?

How many addons do you have and is SRCDS hosted on an SSD driver or a regular HDD? Maybe the HDD is going bad.

Definitely not the hard drive becase i own a few srcds servers. and the one without addons doesnt sit at prep ok. and i have about 11 or so addons
