Crash either on join or 45 minutes into game

Hello,

I usually crash when I join a server or about 45 minutes afterwards with an ACCESS VIOLATION error, code: c0000005. Below is the MDMP

What I'm trying to play is a Clockwork gamemode so I'm thinking that might be the cause of it, since when I had my game parked idle in SP for about 45 minutes nothing happened.
