Garry's Mod is crashing after the game is open for 5 seconds

This has been going on for a LONG time, like a year.

I've deleted Garry's Mod countless times.

I deleted all of my add-ons.

I have no idea what to do, if you have the solution I would appreciate it.

What exactly is happening on the screen when it crashes?
Have you tried [b]unsubscribing[/b] from all your addons?

It just stops responding once it gets to the menu. It does the thing with facepunch logo and steam startup fine.
I've also unsubed from all my addons

I went back into my downloaded workshop items to find out if I still had some addons, and almost all of the addons I had before were back. At least 3 pages so I deleted them again. I don't know if this will do anything but I'll see. I've made Garry's Mod "work" before this 4 like 5 mins but that was a couple months ago
