I started my own DS, installed all the addons that I wanted and mounted CS:S, EP1, EP2 and TF2. My friend told me that a Pentium could host a server without a problem. I have a FX-6300 as my CPU and the server starts lagging like crazy when I spawn a dupe of one of my cars. How can I fix or what are my options?
Dupes always lag like crazy in multiplayer and sometimes singleplayer depending on the size.
Of course it will lag if you spawn a dupe, if has to load a model.

What I mean is the lag makes the game unplayable at all.
Don't spawn dupes then. There's nothing else you can really do.
