I have recently noticed that Gmod had been saying Dragon Dildo on some occasions when I died and I was wondering if there is a way to make it stop saying this because my son play sometimes and I would not like him to see this phrase. Does anyone know how to stop Gmod from saying this?
Does this happen to be on Deathrun?
It happened first on deathrun now it's on every gamemode.

I know in Mr. Gash's Deathrun, it's the default worldspawn-death notification name, but can you take a screenshot of this happening in another gamemode?
I can try who would you like me to send it to because it happens in sandbox a lot.

Either way, that "phrase" is not in stock Sandbox and is caused by an addon. Also, you can't control what addon and gamemode creators put in their content.
So there is no way to fix it?

Remove whatever addon is causing it, it is not part of standard gmod.
Since you don't know which addon it is, try removing half and see if it still happens. If it stops then re-enable half of those, and keep trying to eliminate it.

An addon or gamemode. Can you please take a screenshot of this occurring so we can get a better idea?
