It keeps saying that and this is my mount file

I also tried copying model folders from past servers to see if it'll have what I need but that didn't work and I restarted after editing the mount to see if it worked but it hasn't. Any help?
[U][I][B]So first make sure u have the counterstrike files from the STEAMCMD Installed not YOUR game, For Ex. [/B][/I][/U]
