Anyone saw this "gondor soldier models " from lotr movies ?

This picture is made by 'lonefirewarrior' in DeviantArt.
He tested this model in Sep, 2014. I tried to find but still couldn't.

I found Gondor solder models for kind of 4 years lol. Can anyone tell me if know something about this models?
