Big problem !! STRANGE GLOW WHEN I LOOK AT PLAYERS

I have this strange problem

When i look at players, or entities, i get this glow effect

Does anyone know how to remove it?? please

Update your server, it is outdated.

As above, if its your own server, they need to perform a update to the GMOD server.
If you're only a client, then you need to inform the server owner to update their server.
