Players walking through Props in ttt dedicated server HELP!

I rented a gmod server from mpserv.net recently and i started it up in ttt. After a while i noticed that players walk through boxes in rooftops and many other static props. I have already installed the cs:s content but i keep getting these errors in my startup.

I have tried everything and if you are gonna explain to me then do it in detail because im new to this and i dont know much.

You do have CSS installed in that directory right

Your mount.cfg is missing a close bracket.
