*You don't own this game on this steam account* Help?

So... everytime I join a multiplayer server it says.

Obviously I own the game if I have 1.7k hours of it.

Anyone else getting this problem?

Nope, Only other way round would be: New Steam Account, Buy the game again

there gonna fix it , its happening with all source engine games with people who have trade bans like i told people before a tradeban is a tradeban , not a game ban

Why would you email FP? It's obviously a Steam related issue which the game publisher can't do anything about.
