How do i give my Silver V.I.P group the acces to spawn vehicles (darkrp) without giving them admin

I'd imagine you'd have to override the permissions system in DarkRP modification to allow gm_spawnvehicle (iirc that's the name) to be used by custom usergroups. Not too fluent in the DarkRP module system.
